To order your custom greeting, please complete the Request a Greeting Form. Once your form is received, a member from our team will contact you to confirm details and send an estimate/proposal of services.
It is VERY important that you review and confirm all details on your estimate BEFORE accepting. If your estimate is correct, please accept and an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR CUSTOM GREETING AND GUARANTEE YOUR REQUESTED DATE.
Northside Yard Cards and Greetings services the following zip codes: 30327, 30342, 30305, 30309, 30318, 30326, 30346, 30339 and 30328.
All greetings are a ONE-DAY rental delivered the evening BEFORE your celebration. Delivery/Set Ups typically start after 6:00 PM and are completed before 11:00 PM depending on number of jobs that day.
The day of your installation, you will receive a text message from Northside Yard Cards with your Design Team Member (Installer) included. This is to confirm details and alert you of the install that evening.
For your install, a Design Team Member will bring your requested greeting and place everything in your yard. There is NO NEED for you to be home, but we do request gate codes or access instructions BEFORE installing.
**If install is more than 20 feet from street/driveway, an additional set up fee may be charged**
For pick up, a Design Team Member will arrive on the day of your pick-up AFTER 6:30 PM to collect your greeting. Greetings may be rented for additional nights for a discounted fee.
Please note if you are having a party during the time of pick up, we will require an additional night rental to ensure we do not disrupt your event and our team may collect the greeting with out any issues.
Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, snow blizzard, high winds, as well as hard grounds (yard signs will only work in soft ground) and any other Acts Of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued. In some cases, we may still be able to accommodate your surprise/celebration, but inclement weather, particularly HIGH WINDS, may require the yard greeting to be removed early.

We monitor emails during non-work times. Urgent requests/needs will be responded to as needed. All other requests will be responded to during business hours.
Design Team Members are available after 6:00 PM every day of the week to service our customers
and their custom celebration greeting needs.
